My unique approach to healing combines years of experience as a Psychic Medium, EFT Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher & Spiritual Healer, to help you reconnect with yourself and achieve deep healing. I work with you to identify the roots of your thoughts and feelings, uncovering blockages and emotional triggers to provide you with clarity. Together, we’ll empower you with the tools to find freedom, live the life you deserve, and discover the fulfilment you’ve been searching for.

I am not about the new age spiritual fluff where love and light can solve all life's troubles. This is REAL work, it's deep work, it's hard work and it is 100% worth every moment spent.

Seeing the joy that a reading can bring to someone's face or the outcome of a deep healing is nothing short of amazing.

I am a wife and a mother of 4. If I'm not in the garden or hanging out with my crystals, you will find me reading or listening to music. In my me time, I like to get creative with a sketch, some painting or sewing, and if you're sneaky you will catch me playing the drums. I'm no pro but I love it.

After experiencing my own life traumas and locking them up tight for some time, the signs started to seep through the cracks and I was sent down the path of healing, healing myself so I can help guide others in their healing.

I have been connected and communicating with spirit for as long as I can remember. My first memory of seeing spirit was when I was about 3 years old. I’ve always been able to connect with the spirit world and communicate with the spirits within it.

I am here to reconnect you with yourself, to rebuild that trust and guide you in whatever way you need. Sometimes this is a rough and rocky road. I am here to hold your hand and cheer you on!

Whether you are doing a reading with me, having a healing or joining me on a coaching series, I am hear to laugh with you, cry with you and hold you in a loving and safe space. I also keep you accountable, don’t go thinking I will let you take any short cuts.

Soul coaching allows me to work with people of all ages and all walks of life.

Supporting teenagers is a great passion of mine. This is such a formative time in our lives and can also be the trickiest to navigate.

I can’t imagine doing anything else, I am a soul coach because every time I hear the thanks and gratitude expressed after a healing journey I feel like I am at home. It lights me up seeing the great things that can be achieved by amazing people when they have full realisation of their potential, and that all starts by looking within.
